Potential adjustments to Web Travel Group’s prior year financial statement delays results.
Web Travel Group has voluntarily activated Listing Rule 17.2 to suspend its security quotation on the ASX, flagging the release of an announcement regarding potential adjustments to last year’s financial statements.
The company was supposed to release its 1H financial results today, but that has now been postponed.
“Web Travel Group is working with its auditor Deloitte to finalise the 1H financial statements and expects to be in a position to lodge Appendix 4D for the half-year ended 30 Sep no later than 29 Nov,” the company said.
