International flights have reportedly been diverted due to a potential hazard in airspace between Australia and New Zealand.
Early reports suggest flights over the Tasman Sea are being diverted due to live fire originating from Chinese warships in the area.
A Qantas 787 had been flying from Brisbane to Auckland when it was reportedly harassed by a Chinese military exercise.
Report also suggest pilots were warned via radio by Airservices Australia, prompting some commercial flights to divert course to avoid the area.
