Emirates takes off from Dubai bound for Sydney.
Four days after the Iranian conflict began, flight EK414 took off from Dubai a short time ago, according to FlightAware.
The Emirates A380-800 aircraft is due to land at SYD at around 10.30pm AEDT.
There are 24,000 Australians stranded in the United Arab Emirates and about 115,000 in the broader Middle East region, according to the Federal Government.
More than 4,000 flights have been cancelled across the region.
