THE US govt is adopting new security protocols for people travelling to the USA, which will see a slight easing in the manner in which travellers from “countries of interest” are screened (TD 05 Jan), replacing the previously manadory pat-downs and extra baggage screenings, in favour of ‘intelligence-based’ intel of pax.
