The Victorian Racing club together with Emirates, Austrade, City of Melbourne, Invest Victoria, Tourism Victoria, Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Seven Network Limited held a dinner in Los Angeles recently to celebrate the 150th running of the Melbourne Cup later this year, to showcase the significant role The Cup has played in the social and cultural development of Australia.
