AAT Kings (www.aatkings.com.au) is unifying its Australia-wide Guided Tours program into one easy-to-use brochure and bringing the brand’s explorer spirit to the fore as it unveils a new look 2013/14 Australia Guided Tours proposition to travel agents around the country.
The all-in-one 2013/14 Australia Guided Tours brochure includes the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Queensland, Southern Australia and Tasmania Guided Expeditions, as well as a selection of the most popular Day Tours and Short Breaks. Also included within the brochure are small group touring brands Inspiring Journeys and Aussie Adventure.
This repositioning brings the iconic brand’s proud Australia heritage to life and delivers a clear message to both agents and consumers that AAT Kings has got Australia covered.
David Gendle, Head of Sales, AAT Kings said: “One brochure will be a convenient Australian ‘bible’ for travel agents and their clients, where we can promote our entire Australian product range, including our small group brands, so whether clients have got half a day, 7 days or up to 15 days to spare, AAT Kings offers a range of touring options to suit your clients varying needs.
“Wherever clients are travelling we’ve got the destination covered with our value-for-money guided touring experiences with AAT Kings; affordable and active small group touring with Aussie Adventures; and premium and immersive small group touring with Inspiring Journeys.”
Throughout the 2013/14 Australia Guided Tours brochure, AAT Kings is showcasing a modern-day discovery through exploration theme to reflect the company’s roots of helping travellers unearth the varied landscapes of Australia since 1925 and celebrating Bill King’s fascination with early pioneers, which led to tours that followed their original routes.
Gendle added: “We’re aiming to bring out the avid explorer in every single one of us and showcase and inspire travellers with the sheer depth of things to see and do in Australia. At the same time we’re demonstrating AAT Kings’ 88 years of touring experience so that today’s travellers can relax in the comfort of knowing that they are in the best of hands, so they can get on with living the explorer spirit on their adventure through the wonders of Australia.
“We know our travellers are seeking value-for-money and a stress-free holiday with authentic experiences that will leave them with lasting memories. Throughout our new brochure we demonstrate how we can deliver that, whether it’s a swim in a crystal clear waterhole in the Top End, tasting Aussie bush tucker, watching an Uluru sunset with a wine in hand or experiencing the artwork at Tasmania’s MONA.”
AAT Kings’ longer Guided Tours are the brand’s best way to discover Australia in all its glory and have now been renamed in the brochure as Guided Expeditions in line with the explorer theme. Longer in duration from four to 15 days, they provide an opportunity to explore a destination in greater detail and are offered in Western Australia and the Kimberley, Tasmania, South Australia, Queensland, as well as the Red Centre and the Top End in the Northern Territory.
