March 5, 2013
On the 19 February 2013, five lucky winners from Australia and New Zealand set off to Phillip Island Nature Park for two days of volunteering. Carly Wiseman (Sydney), Kelly Anderson (Alice Springs), Lucy Woodward (Sydney), Melanie Humphrey (Sydney) and Stacey Edgar (Auckland) worked on maintaining the penguin habitat rehabilitation sites by building and installing homes for the Little Penguins. The winners described the overall experience as extremely rewarding with the renowned Penguin Parade one of the many standouts.
