Adventure World, Incredible India and Taj Resorts joined forces recently to showcase wild central India to a group of eight Australian travel agents over eight days.
The group journeyed through the wilderness of central India; visiting Kanha, one of India’s most renowned and largest National Parks, and experiencing the best of Delhi, Nagpur, Kanha and Pench.
Taking in the best of India’s wildlife by Jeep, the lucky group spotted a variety of species and native animals including tigers, leopards, sambars and the peacock, the national bird of India, and visited Pench, made famous in Rudyard Kipling’s classic tale ‘The Jungle Book’.
A jungle-themed dinner on the last night at Hotel Lebua was a befitting farewell send-off for the group.
The Kanha National Park, one of India’s largest national parks covers 1945sq km showcases India’s natural beauty amongst a plethora of forests, bamboo stretches and lush green meadows.
