22 Flight Centre agents recently experienced the revolutionised 2012 Trafalgar product on an educational throughout Italy. The group took in many local specialties, Hidden Treasures and exclusive Trafalgar Be My Guest experiences as they spent time in Rome, Bolonga, Venice, the Italian Lakes and Florence. Some of the many highlights for the group included experiencing Rome from a locals perspective with a local expert guide, strolling the canals of Venice, dining on delicious cuisine in Burano, staying at the lakeside Hotel Dino in Baveno, a breathtaking boat ride on Lago Maggiore and a local guided tour of Florence.
The key highlight for the group was Trafalgar’s exclusive Be My Guest experience in the Tuscan Hills at Villa Il Leccio. The group were welcomed into the home of a local Tuscan family, dining on dishes prepared on site in the family kitchen. Agents all agreed it was a humbling and truly unique experience.
