NEW HOT SPOTS IN EASTERN EUROPE
ALTHOUGH traditional hotspots in Eastern Europe – Prague, Vienna and Budapest – are still very popular with the Australian market, it is the growing interest in the Baltics and Poland that has prompted specialists Beyond Travel to increase their product range in their latest Eastern European brochure.
The expanded 2013 brochure features more exclusive small group tours; with greater focus on combining popular well known cities with more unique regional destinations, such as the new exclusive Best of the Baltics and Poland special journey.
Marketing manager Bryce Crampton said the Baltics and Poland have emerged as new destinations in Eastern Europe with a huge growth in interest from agents and clients.
He added, “These areas are still relatively new to Australian travellers, so most enquires are for small intimate group tours which offer security, knowledgeable guides, quality service but still provide flexibility for passengers”.
Last year’s new tailor made itineraries won very positive feedback from agents as to the convenience of having recommended hotels, sight-seeing and entry passes packaged for them, with the ability to change sections of the tour to suit the individual needs of the clients.
