In December, Crown Towers Melbourne, Crown Promenade Melbourne and Crown Metropol Melbourne’s sales teams hosted their annual Bowl-Offs at Kingpin Bowling Lounge to say thank you to our corporate travel agents for their ongoing support of Crown Hotels.
The theme for both evenings was Hawaiian, with floral shirts and leis featured throughout the costumes. Whilst everyone dressed in theme for the evening’s activities, two stand-out teams stole the show in their Hawaiian costumes and took home the title of Best Dressed. From Sydney, the Goldman Travel team were dressed in hand-made top hats with steaming dry ice on form of a volcano similar to those in Hawaii. Melbourne team, Carlson Wagonlit Travel won for the state. From Sydney’s sixth annual bowl off, the winning team was GTA. Winning team members included Patrick Torres, Stefan Sorge, Christine Judd (Crown Hotels National Sales Director), Chris Baltussen, Biddie Yu (Crown Melbourne – Sales Executive – Travel & Leisure) and Anthony Rumpel. From Sydney, the competing teams included Traveledge, Goldman Travel, Corporate Travel Management, Spencer Business Travel, Voyager Travel, Eden Corporate Travel, Qantas Holidays, World Travel Professionals and GTA. From Melbourne, the winning team was Corporate Travel Management. Winning team members included Sarah Allen, Zara Sproal, Pamela Deza, Leo Dalton, Paulo Fernandes, Greer Jackson and Denise Howship. From Melbourne, the competing teams included Voyager Travel, BCD Travel, Qantas Business Travel, Corporate Travel Management, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, HRG, Traveledge and Globetrotter. |
