Crowne Plaza celebrates Roy Morgan customer satisfaction award
March 15, 2012
Yesterday, IHG’s Chief Operating Officer Australasia, Bruce McKenzie joined the Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach team to celebrate Crowne Plaza being named Australia’s most popular hotel brand.
The accolade came as part of the 2012 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction awards, based on an ongoing survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision-makers.
“This is an award that gives the people behind the Crowne Plaza brand, our colleagues in our hotels, real cause for celebration. Of all the accolades they could possibly achieve, it’s these votes of satisfaction from our guests that are the true measure of success,” Bruce said.
“Every single one of our colleagues working behind the scenes in an Australian Crowne Plaza hotel deserves a share of this incredible validation of the great work they do every day.”
