The Sydney City2Surf has been run and won and Corporate Travel Management was there – raising $1430 for the Salvation Army.
The fundraising didn’t end there, with NSW GM Matt Cantelo – also the first CTM runner home in 59m 56s – raising $1080 for the Inspire Foundation for whom he ran as an Ambassador.
CTM’s runners – of which there were 35 including family and friends – were given the star treatment in anticipation of their efforts the morning of the run, arriving to a private function at Bondi Social Café complete with massage tables and breakfast canapés. Following the run, some well-deserved beers and champagne were in order.
Second home for CTM was Bradley Smith with a time of 73 minutes, followed by Sean King (86m) and Yonas Susilo (96m). First home for the girls was Dilek Ozer (116m) followed by Hayley Martin (135m).
