Excite Holidays recently conducted in January a national survey for registered travel agents with a broad participation range from all the major travel groups in Australia. The survey comprised of various questions relating to Excite’s online technology, products and services with some of the results below. 91% of travel agents found the online booking system User Friendly Excite Holidays’ CEO George Papaioannou said, “The feedback from the survey was extremely satisfying and we’ll continue our focus on supporting and providing our travel agents with a competitive edge in the market”.
