Dozens of agents and their partners have enjoyed a week of luxury and learning onboard Cunard’s Queen Mary 2, with the International Cruise Council Australasia’s 2012 Masters Conference held on a TransAtlantic crossing for the first time.
US-based facilitator Scott Koepf was at the helm of his 14th Masters Conference and praised the high calibre of Australian and New Zealand agents attending the event from October 14 to 21.
ICCA General Manager Brett Jardine, who escorted the event, labelled the conference a resounding success, with highlights including white-gloved afternoon tea in the liner’s ballroom and dining in the Britannia Restaurant, in between Masters’ training sessions.
