Last Thursday 25 July, over 75 supporters from across various organisations of the Travel Industry came together for a “wacky” trivia night in Surry Hills to raise funds for Variety – the children’s charity and car 1972’s entry into this year’s Variety Bash. Sponsored by Amadeus IT Pacific, the Lido Group and QBT, a fun night was had by all and over $1800 was raised for Variety. As the smallest car in this year’s bash a wacky time is sure to be had by the team of three when they set out on Aug 22 for a 4,425 adventure through outback Australia.
