Korean Air got together 40 of its top selling agents at a function in Sydney last night to meet with each other and learn what the airline has in store for the next season and update them on new product and network changes.
The carrier has made substantial changes to its in flight product since the introduction of their A380 but has no plans to fly the super jumbo to Australia at this stage, but KA will add an additional frequency to Sydney in mid July with an extra A330 flight to ICN Airport, bringing to ten the total number of frequencies to Sydney.
“Australia is a highly competitive market and we compete with quite a number of high quality carriers here, so we strive for efficiency and by that we weave all our product and tailor-make it to the needs of the market,” said Rafael Despradel, KAs Marketing Manager. “We try to exceed our achievements by delivering a product that’s up to date and refreshed in the eyes of our customers, said Despradel.
