Peregrine and Japan Airlines recently hosted ten travel agents on an educational to Japan. The action-packed itinerary included Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Nikko, utilising Japan’s fantastic public transport system. The educational showcased both Peregrine & Gecko’s style hotels and experiences including a night in a Ryokan (Japanese inn) and Karaoke! According to one agent, local Peregrine leader Hiro ensured that the agents got to ‘see a side of Japan we had no idea existed’.
The group agreed that Kyoto, Tokyo and the food were the main highlights of the trip.
The agents flew JAL Premium Economy. The feedback from one agent “a great carrier with exceptional service”. The agents also had the opportunity to experience the Japan Airlines Business lounge at Narita airport, which is available to all JAL Premium Economy passengers.
