Qantas Holidays, in conjunction with Destination NSW, have this month hosted a group of lucky travel agents to experience the widely anticipated British & Irish Lions tour of Australia for themselves. Agents from NSW & Victoria explored Newcastle & the Hunter Valley during the weekend away, enjoying local gourmet food and wine, a visit to Petersons Champagne House, Quad Biking in the Glenworth Valley and to top off the experience, seats at the Combined Country vs British & Irish Lions game at Hunter Stadium. Unfortunately the Combined Country team went down 64-0 against the Lions, but the group stayed in high spirits and are looking forward to the rest of the Lions tour as well as spruiking the benefits of a NSW getaway to their friends & customers.
