Travel Daily | Thrifty Car Rental recognises its star performers

The awards recognise the best of the best from Thrifty’s 210 locations in Australia and 34 locations in New Zealand.
Awards were presented in 14 categories, with the final award the ‘CEO Employee of the Year award.’

The CEO Employee of the year award went to Regional Manager for Queensland Andrea Taylor.

CEO Bryn McGoldrick said: “Andrea is passionate about Thrifty and the success of our brand. She is extremely hard-working, very dedicated, and handles new challenges and any issues that arise in a proficient and delightful manner. She is a true car rental professional who thoroughly deserves this award.”

Andrea said: “I am extremely honored to have received the award of Employee of the Year 2012. This award could not have been achieved without the hard work and commitment from the wonderful team within Queensland. I am very lucky to be surrounded by strong people who are extremely passionate about Thrifty.”
