A team of product specialists from Virgin Australia Holidays experienced the highlights of Australia’s nature coast during a recent whirlwind visit to celebrate the official launch of the Hervey Bay Whale Watching season. Organised by Tourism Fraser Coast, the group saw several pods of Humpbacks and dolphins aboard the Tasman Venture, stayed at Kingfisher Bay Resort and explored 75-miles of beach, dunes complete with perched freshwater lakes, and virgin sub-tropical rainforest on the world’s largest sand island with Fraser Explorer Tours.
