“Viva! Holidays, Air New Zealand and the Travelworld Hunter Travel/RACT Travelworld recently hosted a group of top selling consultants on an action packed educational to Queenstown, New Zealand. The group enjoyed 2 nights luxurious accommodation at the Sofitel Queenstown along with 2 nights at the perfectly located Novotel Queenstown Lakeside. Highlights included a Gourmet wine tour tasting some of the delicious wines the region is famous for, a Nomads Safari “Lord of the Rings” tour, a Shotover Jet Boat ride and for the most adventurous the Shotover Canyon Swing jump (from a platform 109m above the Shotover River). The group also found time for a visit to the famous “Minus five Ice Bar”, enjoyed some delicious meals and a couple of nights on the town enjoying Queenstown’s famed night life. The group was also lucky enough to experience the first significant snow of the season with a massive snow fall covering the town during the visit making the mountain and lakeside scenery all the more picturesque.
