Dear Industry Colleagues,
In view of the recently announced travel ban by the Maltese Government on flights between Malta and Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain, as well as some other new measures taken up this weekend by other European Authorities, we have made the following flight cancellations so far:
- All flights to/from all the banned countries until 28th March 2020.
- All flights to/from Italy until 30th April 2020 except MLA/FCO morning flights KM612/613, the latter still being closed for sale.
- Moreover we are not accepting new bookings on all flights to/from Italy until 9th June 2020 and all flights to/from the other banned countries until 30th April 2020 (flights being closed for sale).
We are also planning to cancel one additional week of flights to/from the above countries, i.e. all flights during the period from Sunday 29th March 2020 to Saturday 4th April 2020, all flights to TLV during the week Sunday 29th March 2020 to Saturday 4th April 2020 and all flights between Malta and Prague with effect from Wednesday 18th March 2020 to 29th April 2020.

- Full Refund. *Agents to submit refund as an RA in BSP Link.
- Rebooking by 30th April 2020 free of charge and no fare difference to be paid (as INVOL) – Passengers to travel by 31st December 2020.
- Credit on reservation, valid up to 28th October 2020, to rebook for travel up to 31st March 2021 – only fare difference applies. If passengers do not rebook until the 28th October 2020, then only tax refund applies, less YR and €10 admin fee
