A message from ANZCRO to our valued Travel Agent Partners,
Following the update yesterday, we have revised our cancellation policy to further assist customers who are impacted by the travel restrictions announced in Australia and New Zealand.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Bookings to New Zealand 16 March – 30 April 2020.
1. All travellers scheduled to arrive in New Zealand from 16 March will not be able to travel due to the enforced isolation period. In all these cases, funds to be held on file as future travel credit (Less supplier and 3rd party fees) booked through ANZCRO up to 31st March 2021.
2. Please contact ANZCRO to cancel your bookings – this will not be done automatically.
3. For bookings for travel post 30 April 2020 the following will apply. Please note that this is subject to change, depending on the NZ Government travel restriction advice.
a. Cancellation after confirmation of booking:
Deposit is forfeited.
b. Cancellation between 30-15 days prior to the product departure/commencement date:
Cancellation charge = 50% of the aggregate price of all cancelled products plus any applicable supplier cancellation fees.
4. The above is subject to any changes that come through during this dynamic situation.
Please be assured that ANZCRO staff continue to work overtime to attend to the bookings of guests due to arrive in New Zealand between 16 March – 30 April 2020. We ask for your patience regarding bookings for those guests travelling after 30 April.
