(for all booking channels)
All bookings for travel from 25th March’2020 till 14th April’2020 . Bookings will be automatically cancelled with zero cancellation fee and a credit shell for the full amount will be created, which may be used to make another booking for the same passenger (s) for travel on or before February 28th, 2021.
. To make fresh bookings, please visit www.spicejet.com and at the end of the booking process, make payment using the CREDIT SHELL option. This option will be available on our website from April 1st, 2020 onwards.

All new and existing bookings with travel date till May 31st, 2020 . Reschedule for travel till September 30th, 2020.
. Change fee is waived off for rescheduling one time.
. Fare difference, if any, will apply.
