Travelport looks to collaborate with independent software developers
Travelport is inviting independent software developers to a series of lunch briefings in June, as part of an ongoing commitment to working with the wider developer community, particularly those looking at creating solutions and applications for the travel industry.
Last November, Travelport launched a dedicated Developer Network which provides members with access to extensive travel content, software resources and dedicated supporting in facilitating the launch of innovative new solutions and apps to the travel agency community.
The lunch briefings will provide an overview of the Travelport Developer Network and also showcase new and exciting solutions built using Travelport technology. This includes a Facebook travel app built by developers in a matter of weeks using tools such as the Travelport Universal API™ and the Travelport Universal Desktop™ Software Development Kit (SDK).
