FROM Jayson Westbury, Chief Executive AFTA: In the words of Hamlet; "to be or not to be -- that is the question; whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and be opposing end them" would seem to me to be an appropriate quote in the light of whether to charge a cancellation fee or not.
