TO THE victory goes the spoils, or is it that the victory is indeed spoilt! After a long week and a bit at least we all now know that Malcolm Turnbull is the Prime Minster and at the time of writing this column with 81.1% of the vote counted, the coalition has the required 76 seats in the lower house of parliament to form a majority government.
