NEXUS Holidays (ABN 341 248 853 56) is no longer a participant in the AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme, with the company terminated a month ago due to a breach of s2.5 (d) of the ATAS Charter, which relates to the "fit and proper person" provisions of the scheme.
