CORPORATE Travel Management’s purchase of Texas and Louisiana-based TMC Travelcorp (TD breaking news) is an echo of the transaction which launched the company’s public listing, when CTM paid $15m for Helen Logas’ Australian operation of the same name (TD 20 Oct 10).
