FC apologises to clients

FLIGHT Centre (FC) has this week written to customers saying sorry for the "bumpy ride" they have experienced recently through the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as confirming it is pressuring suppliers to give a higher priority to its clients when it comes to processing of refunds.
