MERLIN Entertainments (Australia) Pty Ltd has advised the stock exchange that it now holds 49.02% of the voting power in Living and Leisure Australia Limited - its takeover target which operates the Falls Creek and Mt Hotham Skifields as well as a number of other aquatic and treetop walk attractions.
