Agency significantly expands rewards offering by purchasing The Well Connected Traveller.
Complex Travel Group has bought Perth-based VIP concierge service for Australian frequent flyers, The Well Connected Traveller.
Alongside the acquisition announcement, Complex Travel group has also launched Flat Beds Rewards Travel, a new service offering clients curated advice on how best to redeem business and first class seats through either AMEX membership rewards or frequent flyer points.
To further strengthen its rewards division, Complex Travel has appointed former owner of The Well Connected Traveller, Jodie Land, to the role of General Manager, Reward Travel.
“We are combining our expertise in paid fares with The Well Connected Traveller’s specialised knowledge in maximising the value of reward programs – particularly Amex membership rewards,” Complex Travel Group founder and Managing Director Mark Trim said.
“This positions us to meet the growing demand for expert support in leveraging reward points for premium travel solutions, going beyond simply providing advice to handling the entire booking process,” he added.
Both Complex Travel Group and The Well Connected Traveller are members of the invitation-only joint-venture Link Travel Group.
