WebBeds continues to be the driving force for Webjet profitability.
Bookings, TTV, revenue and EBITDA have all shown healthy growth for Webjet for the six months to 30 September.
The positive figures released this morning were driven primarily by an “outstanding” performance by its WebBeds business, which delivered a 41% increase in EBITDA compared to the previous corresponding period to $89.9 million.
Overall, the company improved its cash position to $634 million, while its OTA arm also delivered solid growth across all key metrics.
These included an 8% growth in bookings, a 17% bump in TTV, as well as an 18% jump in revenue.
