Strategic Airlines to operate Phuket flights from Brisbane and Melbourne New Australian carrier Strategic Airlines has just announced new non-stop services to Phuket from both Brisbane and Melbourne, with the operation to commence in Feb 2011 - filling the void left by the withdrawal of V Australia from the Phuket route.
