Dave Hosking to retire, Toni Ambler to become MD TTC Tour Brands Oceania.
The Travel Corporation has just announced a “realignment” of its leadership in Australia and New Zealand, as part of the company’s recently announced acquisition by Apollo Global Management.
Veteran Travel Corporation CEO Dave Hosking will officially retire tomorrow with his role as CEO of TTC not being replaced. Effective Friday 01 November 2024 Toni Ambler will “step into the lead position within the Australia and New Zealand region as Managing Director TTC Tour Brands Oceania”. Ambler will report directly to Melilssa DaSilver, recently named as global Interim CEO of TTC Tour Brands.
Ben Hall, CEO of AAT Kings Group, and Adventure World MD Neil Rodgers will report directly to UK-based Alastair Campbell, who has rejoined TTC as Interim CEO Specialist and Adventure Brands.
Alice Ager, MD of Uniworld, will retain her reporting line to CEO Ellen Bettridge, while Scott Cleaver, formerly Director of Commercial Industry Relations ANZ, will be seconded to a special global TTC Touring Brands sales project, meaning he will relinquish his current duties in Australia and NZ.
