Travel Daily | Virgin urges law reform

THE Federal Court ruling against Flight Centre in the price fixing case brought by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in Nov 2013 has “created significant uncertainty” for the travel industry, according to a Virgin Australia submission to the government’s Review of Competition Policy in Australia.
