Emirates has deployed the first of 120 Airbus A380s to be fully revamped on the Dubai-London Heathrow route.
The massive US$2 billion retrofit program will see EK’s latest products and interiors installed in all cabins, including 56 Premium Economy seats on the main deck, plus new leather upholstery and finishings in First and Business class on the upper deck.
All the work was designed, conducted and completed in house at EK’s Dubai facilities, with the massive project expected to be completed in 2025 – including refits of Emirates’ Boeing 777s.
