Thanks for your participation in the Travel Daily 2019/20 A-League footy tipping competition. No TD A-League footy tipping competition will be running for the 2020/21 season.

The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that we have had to reconsider running the popular Travel Daily NRL, AFL and Super Rugby footy tipping competitions for 2020, and they are now cancelled.
Unfortunately the general uncertainty around the seasons and potential for ongoing schedule changes means it’s just not practical to continue these tipping comps this year.
Our sincere thanks to Emirates and Expedia TAAP who had both provided major prizes. Prior round winners in all codes have already been contacted, with hopes that we can resume the comps again in 2021.
Please note: due to having just a few rounds left, our A-League tipping competition will resume once the rest of the season is confirmed.

Thousands of Travel Daily readers participate in our annual footy tipping competitions each year. Weekly prizes are on offer for the top tipper each round, while there are also major prizes for the best tippers across the season in each code – AFL, NRL, Super Rugby and A-League.
For the A-League 2019-2020 season, Etihad is providing the grand prize of flights to Manchester and tickets to see Manchester City play at their home ground. In addition, ReadyRooms is giving the grand prize winner a $2,000 voucher to spend on accommodation and activities. Bi-weekly prizes of a $100.00 travel voucher are being given away by Breakaway Travel Club to the top tipper of the nominated round. The A-League competition kicks off on 19th October 2019.
In 2020 Emirates is providing the top prizes for NRL, AFL and Super Rugby, with the best Super Rugby tipper receiving return flights to Christchurch. The top AFL tipper will win return flights to Dubai, while the NRL major prize is two tickets to Europe! It is free for travel industry personnel to enter, so click on the links below to sign up. The Super Rugby competition kicks off on Friday 31 January 2020, while the NRL competition commences on 12th March 2020. Finally the AFL competition commences on 19th March 2020.
