Celebrity chef Matt Moran has chalked up a decade as a member of Singapore Airlines’ International Culinary Panel (ICP). A special video marking the achievement has been produced highlighting Moran’s contribution to designing more than 600 dishes served to the carrier’s passengers over that period of time.
